Our ethos is simple, but our food is anything but...
Passionate about local and seasonal produce our menus at The Pantry
change frequently and our event menus are the same.
We can pull up at any event or social occasion thanks to our trusty Tuck Truck.
Want to get married at the top of Arthurs Seat? Have canapes at the side of
Loch Fyne? Eat tacos at the Biscuit Factory? We can cater for 20 to 200 people!

Meet the Tuck Truck!

We are so excited about our lovingly restored horse box which we drove all the way up from the South Coast. It was manufactured in 1988 by Rice of Leicestershire.
Kitted out with all the latest 'on the road' technology including a fully working coffee machine. The Tuck Truck, although small, can create big things! From our prep kitchen in Edinburgh's Stockbridge we are lucky to have the space and kit to prepare bespoke menus that can then be seamlessly cooked and served from our trusty truck. Whether that be tacos, classic porchetta, stone baked pizzas or even the famous Pantry brunch! What we are trying to say is we are lucky....we don't have to stick to just one thing....the world is your oyster.
And meet us, Charlotte and Chris Thompson. We launched The Pantry in 2012 and our brunches have become the talk of the town. The Sunday Times said that Chris's Eggs Benedict was 'reason alone to come to Edinburgh'. Now if that's not persuaded you we don't know what will!

We, alongside our foodie army are taking on traditional wedding catering. Looking for something a little bit different? Then look no further.
We want you and your nearest and dearest to enjoy the food you like to eat in a refined rustic style. Focussing on great food, great flavours and bringing the best of the season to your plate.

It's not all about weddings! We cater for all sorts of events. Office parties, 40th birthday parties, graduations, engagement parties, Burns Suppers and even Burning Man festivals. You've got an occasion? We can feed you!
