INSPO: Table Styling

New blog format alert! We’ll be stepping in to save you from the Pinterest wormhole every so often with a post about styling and wedding design. We thought we would kick things off with one of the things we know best, TABLES! Over the last couple of years, we have seen so many beautiful table settings that we have absolutely loved! The majority of the table set ups that we see are on stunning wooden trestle tables. If you’re thinking trestle tables are the way forward for your wedding or event, look no further than Virginia’s Vintage. They have the most amazing selection of tables, chairs, tin baths… it’s a one stop shop for all your wedding props! This week, we want to shine a massive spot light on our favourite wedding stylists who have crazy design flair for all of the different tables we see at weddings. So let’s get cracking!

The Little White Cow // @thelittlewhitecow

Well it wouldn’t be a blog about styling and design if Jean and Kate didn’t get a mention! TLWC are complete #weddinggoals. Set up using a Virginia’s Vintage table, this design is ideal for those who don’t want to go over the top with an all singing, all dancing table. The simplicity of the design and the colours used contrast perfectly with the table and we LOVE it. Captured by Duke Photography with stationary from The Dursley Design Co.

Get Knotted // @getknotted

We’re huge fans of this recent table set up for the Harburn Barn viewing weekend. Anything with rose gold and glitter screams our name! We love the addition of the foliage to give it a more natural feel and you can never have too many candles! Katie and the team have a huge range of props for hire including a beautiful bar and they can even do your flowers for you!

Scarlett and Bell // @scarlettandbell

A dream collaboration between Dovecot Studios, Story of Us, Nikki Leadbetter and Scarlett and Bell answered all our prayers and brought us the blush pink table of our dreams. This table would be perfect for an industrial style venue to add some softer tones but would also look banging in a barn. Basically we love this table and want it in the office. The floral installation by Adelaide’s Secret Garden is simply BEAUT as well!

We’re so excited to see all of the different table styles throughout wedding season when it kicks off in May! If you need more inspo or a hand with styling and design, get in touch with us.
